Collector’s Note

Wade Ceramics, founded in Burslem, Staffordshire, is one of England’s most famous pottery houses, known for both functional wares and decorative collectables. Sets like this, with hand-painted gilded decoration, are rarer finds and highly prized by collectors of mid-20th century English ceramics.
