A charming vintage silverplate double butter dish set with serving tray, made by Paramount Silver Plate Co. in their Atlanta Plate line.
Dating to around the 1940s–1950s, this elegant table piece was designed for restaurant and tea room service, allowing butter, jam, marmalade, or condiments to be served neatly at the table. Each covered dish sits inside the decorative silverplate tray and contains its original pressed glass liner, which could be removed for easy cleaning.
The ornate edging and classic mid-century styling make this a lovely piece for Devonshire tea, breakfast tables, or vintage entertaining. Sets like this are increasingly hard to find complete with their original glass inserts.
A beautiful and practical example of mid-century silverplate tableware.

A Note from Kitten Vintage
Pieces like this once sat quietly on restaurant tables, holding butter or jam beside cups of tea and morning toast. Today they bring a lovely sense of vintage hospitality back to the table.
