Vintage silver lady holding pink ruffled Sawtooth Edge Bowl

I bought this as is, but I have a feeling it’s a marriage of an Art Deco base with an Art Nouveau bowl.

the bowl is pink and ruffled and very 1910, while the chromed base is sleek and modern and 1939s.

Still a beautiful unusual piece.
