Vintage Resin Lion (or Tiger) Figure on Timber Base – c. mid-20th century

A wonderfully characterful vintage animal figure, depicting a prowling lion (or perhaps a tiger), cast in early moulded resin and mounted on a solid timber base.

Finished in warm honey and amber tones, this piece has a lovely sense of movement — mouth open mid-roar, tail curved, paws planted with intent. The resin shows natural variations and gentle wear that add to its personality, while the dark timber base grounds the piece and gives it presence.
