Vintage Iridescent Large Double Swan Mantel Clock – Mid-Century Ceramic – c.1950s–60s

A wonderfully dramatic mid-century ceramic swan clock featuring two elegant swans with sweeping necks and layered wings in a luminous iridescent glaze.

These nostalgic swan pieces were popular in the 1950s and 60s as television lamps and mantel ornaments, but this example is particularly striking because of its large size and sculptural shape. The glaze catches the light beautifully with soft rainbow lustre over creamy white crackle glaze.

The central clock appears to be working, adding to both the charm and functionality of the piece.
