Vintage Denby Arabesque Salt & Pepper Shakers – Gill Pemberton – Made in England

Designed by Gill Pemberton, Denby’s Arabesque pattern became one of the company’s most recognisable ranges. Produced in Derbyshire, England from the 1960s into the 1980s, the design features warm earthy brown stoneware decorated with bold geometric circular motifs in olive, ochre and rich caramel tones—perfectly capturing the Mid Century aesthetic.

Both shakers retain their original cork stoppers and are ideal for everyday use or display alongside other Denby Arabesque pieces.

Very good vintage condition overall. One shaker has a small glaze chip around one dispensing hole (shown in photographs). The chip is minor, stable and does not affect use (reflected in price)

General light wear consistent with age.
