Vintage 1980s Mattel standing plastic doll

Vintage Toy Doll from the 1980s

Patented by Mattel in the USA and Canada in 1984

I’m  unsure of her name but it appears by the ring pull at the back of her neck she was a talking doll. Unfortunately that doesn’t work any more.

could be a baby small walk or a chatty Patty doll

In fairly good condition for age and untouched 

Height: 43 cm
