A delightful Royal Doulton Bunnykins nursery dish featuring a lively Barbara Vernon illustration of a yellow duckling pulling a cart of bunnies on their way “To the Hunt Ball.” The rim is decorated with a border of playful brown bunnies in motion, adding charm to this classic children’s china.
Barbara Vernon was the original illustrator for Bunnykins in the 1930s–1950s, and her designs are now highly collectible. This piece is an early Royal Doulton production with backstamp and Bunnykins crest to the base.
