Pair of Vintage Carlton Ware Lemon Yellow Serving Dishes – England

A beautiful pair of vintage Carlton Ware serving dishes in soft pale lemon glaze with gilt edging.

These elegant dishes feature classic Art Deco styling with gently scalloped rims, flowing shell-like moulding and decorative scroll motifs to the centre.

Produced by Carlton Ware, England, one dish is slightly longer and narrower than the other, forming a lovely matched serving set.

Originally designed for serving sweets, fruit or small desserts, they also work beautifully today as decorative dishes on a table, sideboard or kitchen shelf.

The soft lemon glaze with gold edging gives them a warm vintage charm.
