Art Deco Walther Glass Flower Frog Bowl – Czech Pressed Glass (c.1930s)

A beautiful Art Deco pressed glass flower bowl by Walther & Söhne, featuring an integrated flower frog centre for arranging stems.

Produced in Czechoslovakia during the 1930s–1940s, these decorative console bowls were designed to sit on dining tables or sideboards with flowers arranged through the central frog.

The bowl features a wide elegant rim in pale aqua glass, with a moulded central frog designed to hold stems securely for floral arrangements.

The Walther script mark can be seen on the base.

These bowls are both decorative and functional, and look especially lovely styled with camellias, roses or floating garden flowers.

Condition:

Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks noted.
