1950s Japanese Marutomo Ware honey or preserve pot with bees

A great example of domestic tableware imported from Japan after WW11.

This is a cute and highly collectable vintage Marutomo Ware honey or preserve pot, all hand painted. Sadly it has a few condition issues with the glaze having  also crazed and then discoloured due to being submerged in water.
Still displays very well despite this.
