1930s English Art Deco green glass float bowl with plinth

A unusual Art Deco float bowl, green glass oblong with an oval frog float, resting on a black glass plinth.

Unsure of maker but made in England. It’s not uranium glass, it’s just glowing in the sunlight

In good condition no chips or cracks that I can see.
